Check-In Policy

Is Check-In Required?

  • For paid tournaments, check-in is not required. However, you can unregister up to 30 minutes before the tournament starts.
  • For free tournaments with formats such as brackets, group phases + brackets, and championships, check-in is mandatory. It is not required for Time Trial tournaments (commonly used in sim racing events).

Free Tournament Check-In Process

  • Check-in is mandatory 30 minutes before each free tournament to confirm your participation.
  • The check-in process opens automatically, and once it opens, joining the tournament is no longer possible.
  • You will receive an email reminding you to check in, but note that it might end up in your spam folder (especially with email providers like Outlook.com, MSN.com, or Live.com).
