Verify Your Account
Bank account verification secures winnings: request it in Coins and Wallet, submit your IBAN and ID securely within 2 hours, then get a decision within 72 hours.
To receive your winnings directly into your bank account, verification is required. This process enhances security and helps prevent identity theft during cash-outs, thereby mitigating the risk of scams and account theft.
How to Request Verification
- Navigate to your profile and select Coins & Wallet.
- Apply for a cash-out.
- If your bank account has not yet been verified, a pop-up will appear indicating that verification is required. Click Request Bank Account Verification.
Verification Process
You will receive an email containing the procedure and a link to submit your documents. Note: The link is valid for only 2 hours, after which the request is canceled for security reasons.
When you click the link, you will be redirected to a unique page associated with your account. You must submit the following information within 2 hours:
- First name
- Last name
- IBAN & Swift/BIC
- Currency
- Photos of the front and back of your identity card (or passport)
Security Note: All submitted documents are automatically deleted from our servers once a verification decision has been made.
Post-Submission
After you submit your documents, you will receive an email confirming receipt. Our team will review your documents and account, and you will be notified of the verification outcome within 72 hours. If your verification is refused, you will receive the reason along with instructions on how to correct any issues.
