How Long Does It Take to Deliver the Prizes Won?
Prizes from Official Playorium Tournaments
- Delivery Timeframe: It typically takes 2 to 3 weeks to receive your prize.
- Support: If you have not received your prize after 4 weeks, please open a support ticket. Our team will assist you in resolving the issue.
Prizes from External Organizers
- The distribution method and timeframe for prizes (whether physical items or cash prizes) are usually outlined in the tournament rules.
- Extended Wait: If your prize has not arrived after 8 weeks, please open a support ticket. We will liaise with the tournament organizer to expedite your prize delivery.
