How Do I Recharge My Coins Account?
Playorium credit reload guide: add coins with euros or crypto, earn bonuses on reloads of 250 or more, and check payout and tax rules for Belgium and France.
The taxes for payments are linked to the country of residence you have entered in your profile. If you move, you can adjust your country of residence in your profile.
First, you must select Credit Reload in the navigation menu.
Important Information
- Payout Availability: Currently, payouts are available only for players residing in Belgium and France. We are working on expanding this feature to other countries.
- Tax Considerations: The applicable taxes for payments are based on the country of residence specified in your profile. If you move, be sure to update your address in your profile to reflect your new residence.
How to Reload Credits
- Select Credit Reload from the navigation menu.
- Choose the amount of coins you wish to reload. Note that bonuses are available for reloads of 250 coins or more.
- Select your preferred payment type: Euros or cryptocurrency.
- You will be redirected to the payment gateway—Mollie for standard currency or Bitpay for cryptocurrency. Here, select your payment method and enter your payment information.
- Once you complete your payment, you will be redirected back to Playorium, and your coins will be credited to your account automatically.
Confirmation and Security
- You will receive confirmation emails for both the payment and the automatic reloading of your coins, regardless of your notification settings.
- Security Notice: Playorium does not store your payment details, ensuring your financial information remains secure.
