How do you claim your winnings or the prize you won?

How do I receive my prize? 

In order to receive your prize (if it is an online tournament), it is necessary to fill in your address in your Playorium profile. 

How long does it take to deliver the prizes won? 

If the prizes are from an official Playorium tournament

On average, it takes 2 to 3 weeks to receive your prize. If after 4 weeks you still haven't received your prize, please open a support ticket and we will take care of it! 

If the prizes come from an external organiser

The distribution of prizes (physical or cash prize) is usually indicated in the rules. 

If after 8 weeks you still haven't received your prize, please open a support ticket and we will contact the tournament organizer.
